Kyle Chung, the Founder of Lia Electric, always aspired to build a business of his own. His journey began by working across nearly every corner of the electrical trade — from high-rise new construction projects to Alberta’s oil sands and suburban residential homes.
This wide-ranging experience shaped Kyle into the electrician he is today. After earning his Master Electrician license, he founded Lia Electric, naming the company after his mother, Angie (“Lia”), and incorporating her favorite colors into the brand.
As electric vehicles became more common, Kyle recognized the growing need for safe, properly installed home charging solutions. He began specializing in EV charger installations, helping homeowners upgrade their electrical systems with confidence.
